We use your information to provide clinical care, fulfill prescriptions, communicate with you, process payments, and comply with legal obligations (including HIPAA and applicable state medical/pharmacy regulations). We do not sell your health information.

Who we share with

We share information with our licensed healthcare providers, pharmacy partners, and service providers (e.g., payment processors, cloud hosting) under contract terms that require them to protect your data. We do not share identified health information for marketing.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us. Some records (e.g., prescriptions, medical records) are retained for periods required by law.
