These Terms govern your use of Wholelift's website and services. This is a pre-launch draft — a finalized version will be published before we begin accepting patients. By using the site, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of a U.S. state where our licensed providers and pharmacy partners operate. Treatment is not guaranteed — your provider may decline to prescribe based on clinical judgment.

Not an emergency service

Wholelift is an asynchronous telehealth service for non-emergency care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

Payment and cancellation

You will be charged according to the plan you select. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account; shipments already in progress will be completed.

Prohibited use

You agree not to misuse the service, impersonate others, or provide false health information. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wholelift is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. The service is provided on an “as is” basis.
